Most of the best designers in the world could not design successful DR creative. Designers find it hard to design for something that has to back out to specific a CPA or CPL. The block comes when you build for an action and not for aesthetics. In the online world our creative is A/B tested, measured, optimized, multivariant tested and them optimized again&#8230;.. Then Repeat.</p>

<p>1. If things go wrong prepare to have a finger pointed at you.<br />
2. You will never get the assets you need.<br />
3. Reasonable time to complete the project does not exist.<br />
4. When you stay late the project manager is out @ closing time.</p>
<p>Take those rules and multiply them by 100x if the person has very little experience. It get&#8217;s even worse if people who have no idea what you do get pulled into the loop.</p>
